Orders can be placed online, by phone, or in person at the clinic. Once the order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please verify all provided information to avoid any delays or issues.

• Interac at the clinic
• Cash for in-clinic purchases

Full payment is required before the delivery of products or before and/or after the provision of services, depending on promotions or other conditions.

 

Delivery Policy

Products purchased online can be:

• Picked up at the clinic.
• Delivered to an address of your choice.
• Delivery fees and times may vary depending on the destination and the type of product. Dermagyms cannot be held responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control.

 

Returns and Exchanges Policy

Products
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on cosmetic and skincare products. Please ensure your choice before making a purchase.

Services
Purchased services are non-refundable. However, they can be rescheduled or transferred to another person, subject to prior notice and Dermagyms’ approval.

 

Appointment Cancellation

In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment, we require 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the reserved service cost.vé.

 

Warranties

We are committed to providing high-quality products and services. However, treatment results may vary from person to person. We cannot guarantee specific results and disclaim any liability for adverse effects.

 

Limitation of Liability

Dermagyms shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products and services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
