1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days from the date you received your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Opened or used cosmetic products and accessories cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

 

2. Return Process

We will provide you with the necessary instructions for returning your product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.

 

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email of its receipt. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to replace a product, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product.
